These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of gutter grate installation services by Varchuk Property Services ("Varchuk," "we," or "us") to its clients ("Client" or "you").By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.Service Provided: Gutter Grate Installation
1.1 Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for gutter grate installation services, the following conditions must be met:
- Ability to access all gutters on the home.
- Alignment and gutter functionality are not in vital condition.
- Soffits, fascia, and roofs are not water damaged or rotting.
- The roof has shingles that can easily fit one end of the gutter grates underneath them.
- The gutter is either 5 or 6 inches in width.1.2 Preparing the Gutters: Prior to gutter grate installation, the following steps will be taken:
- Gutter cleaning process: We will remove all debris within the gutters.- We will rinse out the gutters to ensure functionality.1.3 Gutter Grate Installation: During the gutter grate installation process, the following steps will be taken:
- Realign the gutter if necessary and possible.
- Seal any cracks or small holes using a sealer.
- Install the gutter grate onto the edge of the gutter and under the roof.
- Screw every three feet if necessary.Estimates and Payment:
2.1 Estimates: We will provide you with a detailed estimate (quote) for the requested services before commencing any work. The estimate will include the scope of work, materials (if applicable), and the total cost associated with the services that will be provided.2.2 Payment: Payment for gutter grate installation services is due within 48 hours of completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We currently accept cash, cheque, and transfer. Late payments will be subject to additional charges of a) A one-time $49.99 CAD late fee after 48 hours of job completion.Client Responsibilities:
3.1 Access: You agree to provide Varchuk with safe and unobstructed access to the property where the services will be performed.3.2 Preparatory Work: Prior to our arrival, it is your responsibility to ensure that the area to be serviced is clear of any personal belongings, obstacles, or hazards that may impede our work.3.3 Utilities: You are responsible for ensuring that necessary utilities (such as electricity, water, etc.) are available during the provision of services.Warranty and Liability:
4.1 Gutter Grate Installation: We warrant that our gutter grate installation will be performed in a workmanlike manner. However, we do not provide any warranty regarding the future performance, effectiveness, or installation of the grates. The manufacturing warranty will directly transfer from our supplier to the client, if applicable.Termination:
5.1 We may terminate the agreement to provide our services upon written notice to the other party.5.2 If the Client terminates the agreement within 36 hours of the scheduled time you will be charged a cancellation fee of $49.99 CAD.5.2 If the Client terminates the agreement after or during the work has commenced, the Client will be responsible for the costs associated with work performed up until the termination and will be charged the cancellation fee of $49.99 CAD.Limitation of Liability:
6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Varchuk and its employees, agents, or subcontractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.Indemnification:
7.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Varchuk Property Services, its employees, agents, and subcontractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or any violation of these Terms.Disclaimer of Warranty:

- Thoroughly blow off the driveway and broom the edges.
- Weed whack and edge the edges if necessary.
- Pressure wash the driveway only if agreed upon on the invoice
- Apply degreaser to any oil spots if necessary
- Tape off any areas near the home
- Fill any cracks using crack sticks and a blow torch1.3 Sealing the Driveway: During the asphalt sealing process, the following steps will be taken:
- Apply one coat of our premium sealer to every square foot of asphalt as agreed upon in the invoice.Estimates and Payment:
2.1 Estimates: We will provide you with a detailed estimate (quote) for the requested services before commencing any work. The estimate will include the scope of work, materials (if applicable), and total cost associated with the services that will be provided.2.2 Payment: Payment for asphalt sealing services is due within 48 hours of completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. - We will not wash the interior of the window.
- We will not wash any windows with screens on them.Estimates and Payment:
2.1 Estimates: We will provide you with a detailed estimate (quote) for the requested services before commencing any work. The estimate will include the scope of work, materials, and costs associated with the services.2.2 Payment: Payment for exterior window washing is due within 48 hours of completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We currently accept cash, cheque, and transfer. Late payments will be subject to additional charges of a) A one-time $49.99 CAD late fee after 48 hours of job completion and b) continuously charged interest on the price of the job that was completed of 20% bi-weekly as permitted by law.Client Responsibilities:
3.1 Access: You agree to provide Varchuk with safe and unobstructed access to the property where the services will be performed.3.2a) Preparatory Work: Prior to our arrival, it is your responsibility to ensure that any screens on windows are removed.3.2b) Preparatory Work: Prior to our arrival, it is your responsibility to ensure that the area to be serviced is clear of any personal belongings, obstacles, or hazards that may impede our work.3.3 Utilities: You are responsible for ensuring that necessary utilities (such as electricity, water, etc.) are available during the provision of services.Warranty and Liability:
4.1 Exterior Window Washing: We warrant that our Exterior Window Washing service will be performed in a workmanlike manner. However, we do not provide any warranty regarding the longevity of the exterior window cleaning or its resistance to external factors beyond our control. Additionally, we do not provide any warranty regarding the future performance and effectiveness of the exterior window washing.Termination:
5.1 Either party may terminate the agreement for services upon written notice to the other party.5.2 If the Client terminates the agreement after or during the work has commenced, the Client will be responsible for the costs associated with work performed up until the termination.
